American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Osceola County is in the beginning phases of developing a strategic plan and Project Evaluation Framework for funding from the ARPA funds.  Although completion of the steps may take several months, those interested in proposing projects to Osceola County's long-term development can contact Emergency Management Director Mark Watkins at 231-832-6172 or osceolaemd+ARPA@gmail.com.



DRAFT Recreation Plan Available for Review

The Osceola County Parks Commission has completed a DRAFT Recreation Plan.  When completed the Osceola County 2021-2025 Recreation Plan will replace the County's current Recreation Plan.  The Recreation Plan serves several important functions, one of which is giving the Parks Commission an opportunity to receive formal feedback from the public.  The DRAFT Recreation Plan is online.  Please feel free to review the Plan and provide your input.
 

COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan
In order to respond to the current state of emergency related to the novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") and to comply with relevant state and local orders related to COVID-19, Osceola County has prepared a COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan.
