Request for Proposals:  Building and Offices Security System

Osceola County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install a comprehensive security system for our buildings and offices. Osceola County is interested in partnering with a reputable vendor who can deliver a solution that meets our security needs effectively and efficiently.
The County desires to have a comprehensive assessment of our buildings and offices and our current security measures, along with proposing enhancements, and implementing a new security system.
The security system should provide protection against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats that may arise inside the building including all offices.

Interested vendors are requested to submit a detailed proposal outlining their approach to addressing the objectives and scope of work outlined in the RFP.

To be considered, Osceola County must receive three (3) copies of a proposal no later than 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened at the Administration Building.

The proposal should be mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal for Building and Offices Security System" directly to:
