ORDINANCE NO.  22:  An ordinance to prevent, reduce, or eliminate blight, or factors contributing to or causing such blight, within the township, to secure the public health, safety, and general welfare by prohibiting, limiting, or otherwise regulating the accumulation of trash, refuse, or junk in any place other than designated or licensed landfills or junkyards, and to provide penalties for violation of the ordinance.
