Certification of 2011 Public Act 152 Compliance
At their November 20, 2012 meeting the Osceola County Board of Commissions passed motion 3H"to choose to opt out for PA 152 compliance for 2013." As a result the County filed Form 4978, Economic Vitality Incentive Program/County Incentive Program Certification of 2011 Public Act 152 Compliance with the Michigan Department of Treasury.
Cooperation, Collaboration and Consolidation Plan
The Cooperation, Collaboration and Consolidation Plan (as of January 24, 2014) identifies those services which have been consolidated, the date they were consolidated, the jurisdictions involved, the savings or costs realized, a description of the savings or costs realized, and any related benefits.

2014 Recommended (draft ) Budget
Osceola County's 2014 Recommended Budget has been established. After a public hearing it will be presented to the County Commissioners for approval.
