Openings on the Construction (Building) Board of Appeals

Osceola County has openings on its Construction Board of Appeals. Individuals on the Board serve two year terms and are normally contractors or individuals involved in the building trades industry.

The Board meets upon receipt of a written appeal stating that the enforcing agency (Osceola County Building Department) refused to grant an application for a building permit or the complainant feels that the enforcing agency has made an incorrect decision pursuant to, or related to the building code.
