POSITION: Meals Site Coordinator (Tustin)
STATUS:
Part-Time (NON-EXEMPT)
STARTING WAGE RANGE: $11.63 (Level 3)
DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Nutrition Program Administrator operates a
congregate meal site and implements the packaging and delivery of Home Delivered
Meals. Manages, plans and coordinates activities, programming and education for
adult seniors in conjunction with the Nutrition Program Administrator. Makes
referrals for supportive social services. Requires the abilities to maintain
financial and participant records, recruit and supervise volunteers, manage the
distribution of food items, arrange transportation of home delivered meals,
communicate and work with the elderly and manage day to day operations with
minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in working with the
elderly in groups and on an individual basis. Prefer previous work history in
the provision of human services, food operations or similar activity. Must have
dependable transportation.

POSITION: Maintenance Worker
STATUS:
Part-Time - On Call (NON-EXEMPT)
Approximately 16-20 hours per week
DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Working
Maintenance Supervisor. Performs a variety of preventative maintenance and
repair tasks on County facilities and equipment. Makes repairs to electrical,
plumbing, and HVAC systems, performs carpentry tasks, and maintains and repairs
various equipment. Maintains the grounds of County buildings.
WAGE RANGE: $12.63 (Level 5)
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED, two years
experience in maintenance and repair of building and mechanical systems and
possession of a valid Driver’s License.

POSITION: Home Health Aide
STATUS: Part Time
(Non Exempt)
STARTING WAGE: $11.63
(Level 3)
DESCRIPTION: Under the
supervision of the Director of Commission on Aging, provides personal care
services and assists homebound clients with daily living activities according to
detailed care plan. Receives and carries out specific directions for
individualized personal health care provided by the Director. Observes clients,
takes vital signs, and completes activity sheets.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School
Diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a nurse’s aide course
provided through a school or nursing home. Some experience as a nurse’s aide or
related capacity in nursing home or similar setting preferred. Successful
completion of the Home Health Aide certification requirements as determined by
the Michigan Home Health Association is required for continued employment.
Annual CPR certification and possession of a valid driver’s license are
required.
