  •  Administrative Support/Research and Executive Secretary for the Board of Commissioners
  •  Budgeting   
  •  Purchasing
  •  Labor Negotiations
  •  Risk Management & Insurance
  •  Serving as the Freedom of Information Coordinator
  •  Liaison Between Other Agencies and the Board of Commissioners
