2010 Camping Season from May 14, 2010 to September 26, 2010 |
Reservations
The Osceola County Parks is now taking reservations for the
2010 camping season. Reservations for Crittenden Park can be made
by calling the Crittenden Park office at (231) 734-2588.
Twenty-five seasonal sites are available and are awarded
based on a lottery system. Requests are taken
throughout the year. In the fall, invitations to participate in the
lottery system are sent out and individuals are given the opportunity to pick one preferred
and one alternate seasonal campsite. The administrative office will select
a name for each campsite number which is available. If there is only one
request for a particular site than that individual will get the site.
Individuals that do not receive a campsite will have their name placed into a random drawing for
any remaining seasonal campsites, with a preference given to the alternate site if available. If
after the lottery is held, there are still available campsites, they will be
made available on a first come, first serve basis to all campers.
Reservations for the pavilion are also made by
calling the Crittenden Park office at (231) 734-2588.
