Building Permit Process
● To ensure prompt processing of your building permit application follow the diagram below.
● Two (2) sets of approved plans are required for ALL commercial and residential buildings 3,500 sq. ft. or larger.
● Separate permits are required for all projects involving ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, & MECHANICAL
