MINUTES

March 19, 2008

Chairperson Booher called the meeting to order at 1:10 p.m. at the Osceola County Road Commission building in Hersey, Michigan.

Present: Chad Booher, Gloria Eisenga and Susan Vander Pol

Absent: None.

Others: Carol Halladay

Additions or Deletions to the Agenda: None.

Motion by Vander Pol, supported by Eisenga to approve the agenda as presented. Motion was unanimously supported.

Public Comments: None.

Motion by Eisenga, supported by Vander Pol to approve the minutes of September 17, 2007. Motion was unanimously supported.

Payment of Claims for 2004 Series Bond Payment and Administration Fee for Road Commission Garages Projects and LTGO Bond Payment to The Bank of New York Mellon – Courthouse/Jail Renovations

Brief discussion was held on the bond payments. The following motions were made:

Motion by Vander Pol, supported by Eisenga to pay the bond payment to The Bank of New York Mellon in the amount of $153,278.13 ($75,000 principal & $ 78,278.13 interest) and the Administrative Fee as well as the October payment of approximately 77,153.13 and the Administrative Fee as applicable. Motion was unanimously supported.

Motion by Eisenga, supported by Vander Pol to pay the 1998 bond payment to The Bank of New York Mellon in the amount of $ 23,250.01 (Interest) and the November payment of $ 118,031.25 ($ 21,515.63 interest and $ 96,515.63 principle) or as amended and the Administrative Fee. Motion was unanimously supported.
