MINUTES

 

September 27, 2007

 

The Remonumentation Peer Review meeting was called to order at 9:36 a.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2007 in the Board of Commissioner’s room of the Courthouse at 301 West Upton Street, Reed City, Michigan.

 

Peer Group Members Present:  Jim Knapp, Bob Wetherell, Paul Lapham, Bill Sikkema and Susan Vander Pol

Absent:  None.

Others Present:  None.

 

ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA:  None.  

 

Motion by Paul, supported by Jim to approve the agenda.  Motion was unanimously supported.

 

Motion by Bob, supported by Paul to approve the minutes of June 25, 2007.  Motion was unanimously supported.

 

Public Comments:  None.

 

The surveyors reviewing the corners presented were Jim Knapp, Bob Wetherell, and Paul Lapham.

 

Sixty-five corners were presented for review by Bill Sikkema.  Sixty-three corners were recommended for approval and are as follows:
