Vander Pol, to approve the agenda.
Motion was unanimously supported.
Motion
by Eisenga, supported by Vander Pol to approve the minutes of March 21,
2007. Motion was unanimously
supported.

Business:
Bond
Payment
The
following motions were made:
Motion
by Eisenga, supported by Vander Pol to make the 2004 bond payment to JP Morgan
Chase in the amount of approximately $78,278.13 plus the Administrative Fee for
the Road Commission buildings. Motion
was unanimously supported.
Motion
by Eisenga, supported by Vander Pol to make the 1998 bond payment to JP Morgan
Chase in the amount of approximately $98,250 plus the Administrative Fee for
the Courthouse and Jail additions.
Motion was unanimously supported.
